Dismas House is a nonprofit treatment center located in Nashville, Tennessee. All residents have recently left incarceration and choose to go to Dismas House to better their lives. Attorney Chelsea Nicholson works with Dismas House through grants to help all residents regain their drivers licenses and address court costs owed while they were incarcerated. She travels the state going to all courts in Tennessee for this and has helped countless number of residents regain their driver’s license after leaving prison.
